We welcome each and every person with open arms to our groups – you don’t have to speak Welsh to join. Our groups are a great way to build confidence, learn a little Welsh and to socialize with new parents in your area.

The 6 week course concentrates on massaging different parts of the body as well as learning Welsh rhymes and simple vocabulary to correspond with the movements.

The sessions are suitable for babies up to 24 weeks old and is a fun way to build confidence using the Welsh language if you haven’t used the language since your time at school, or if you have never spoken Welsh before.
